Ray has the unique ability to write and compose fresh, anointed Contemporary musical arrangements to reach a broad base of Worshippers. Ray is a native of North Carolina and began the music ministry at eighteen, when he joined the "Hometown Quartet" as Baritone/Lead and also as the Bass Guitarist. He recorded two albums with the "Hometown Quartet" and had three of his songs recorded on his first recording with the "Hometown Quartet".
He also spent almost 4 years as the lead singer for the legendary Gospel group the “Envoys" from Charlotte, NC.
His joy and calling is worshipping within the local church and mentoring Praise Team members and bands. His ministry "Revived By Worship", is a ministry that connects Worship Pastors / Leaders across the nation for the purpose of bringing unity to the body of Christ while providing support for each other. He also makes himself available to lead worship and to speak throughout the country.
